Three Years!

Wow...three years on May 14th.....how time flies hey? In total, Kenny and I have been together for eight years. Kelsey was Jake's age when we met. Hard to believe.
Anyway, this post is a couple of days late, but better than never.
Thanks for all the phone calls and good wishes!

That's really funny, because I was a complete wreck that day!

Thanks for commenting, it was a surprise to see your name (a pleasant one, of course). I hope all is well with everyone.

What beautiful pictures!

Why does it look so lush in some pictures and then there is a picture with a snowy background?

Well, it snowed 3 days before we got married, and the ceremony was at the Assiniboine Park Conservatory, and it looks like we're somewhere tropical. Kind of cool, really. The Conservatory is gorgeous, and it didn't even phase us that there was snow on the ground.

Thanks Jamie! I really wasn't big on my hair. I chopped it off a few months earlier, and it was a hack job. I cried and cried over it. Then I went to have it highlighted before the wedding, and they missed my roots. I was not happy. But when all was said and done, I didn't really care. I'm 5 foot 10, so I thought most people wouldn't be able to see the top of my head anyway. LOL

Shannon, it is very confusing with the snow, then lush background lol...that day was the first sunny day since the snow fell earlier that week, so you can imagine how happy I was for that little thing when I woke up in the morning.
